  • Is there a minimum order requirement for custom items?
    No, there are no minimum order requirements in place. Our pricing is based on quantity; the more you purchase, the lower the quote. We're here to accommodate your needs, whether it's a single custom item or a larger order. Feel free to reach out for a personalized quote!
  • Do you monogram items not shown in your store?
    Certainly! We're thrilled to offer our monogramming services not only for items you already own but also for many of the fantastic products available in our shop. With a diverse range of typestyles, monogram designs, colors, and sizes, we can create a personalized touch that's just right for you. Our most popular items for monogramming include charming totes, cozy baby blankets, adorable children's clothing, soft towels, leather purses and much more! If you have items that weren't purchased from us, we kindly request that you bring them in person. This way, we can work together to choose the perfect fonts and colors that match your style flawlessly. We're excited to craft beautifully customized pieces that reflect your unique personality and add that extra special touch to your belongings.

To resolve this, kindly visit us in person to settle the original transaction amount along with the returned check fee using cash, cashier's check, or money order. Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for monogrammed, personalized, or special order items. All sales are final and excluded on seasonal and sale items. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. We will promptly replace the item for you.
